Baking Circles provides artisan baked goods, custom cakes, and related services. All products are made to order and require advance notice for custom items.

Orders and Payment

• Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit
• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods
• All sales are final unless products are defective

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area for orders over $50. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Products not collected within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time may be disposed of without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled completion. Deposits for cancelled custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of completion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from use of our products.
